We offer free shipping on all orders over £50 in the UK.
We ship worldwide - Due to the high value of the products that we sell, we use International tracked and signed shipping. These charges are calculated at checkout.
Shipping rates are calculated based on a number of factors including order value, the weight of the item, and the destination country/region.
Due to the nature of the products that TechSmartWear.com sell, TechSmartWear.com operate a strict fraud screening process and therefore TechSmartWear.com are only able to offer fast delivery if the order is validated by our network easily. ( e.g. the product is being delivered to the billing address registered to the card, or it is being delivered to a known company, or you have used your card before and have no bad history). In almost all cases, this is a straight forward process and can be completed immediately.
If this is not the case (e.g you specify an alternate residential address as the delivery location which resides in another country to the billing address) there may be a delay in delivery while TechSmartWear.com perform the appropriate checks. If we are unable to validate your order, you will receive an email to inform you of this and what the next steps are.
While we make every effort to ensure that the products shown on our website are currently available at the price shown, we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case. If products you have ordered are unavailable, you will be notified as soon as possible.
International shipping times vary depending on the product, travel and customs. All expected shipping times are on the product page under the Delivery tab. Depending on your country, international shipping can take between 2-6 weeks. That is expected.
For international orders, we use a fulfilment service to keep costs low which we pass on to you. The tracking ID will be issued through our shipping partner when your product arrives in your country.
Any additional charges for Customs Clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. You are considered the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Return and refund Policy

Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be issued a return or refund. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be issued a return or refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed - minus the original shipping charge, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
